It's that time of year again when our favorite celebrities throw lavish Halloween parties and we envy the creativity of their costumes. Some of our favs have spent literally thousands of dollars to have their costumes custom made and, although we think the costumes are cool, we're not getting ready to drop a stack on a costume that we'll never wear again.
