Georgia Woman Charged with Her Friend's Death After Planned Robbery Ends in Murder.
A Warner Robbins, Georgia woman has been arrested and charged with the death of her friend even though she didn't pull the trigger.
Police were called to the 100 block of Fred Drive early Sunday morning to a call of a person being shot.
They say when they arrived they found a female victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
Investigators learned that Kyndal Reynolds, 21, and Tywana Antonette Cody (pictured left), 42, met two men earlier that night and ended up in a car with them.
While in the car, police say Reynolds pulled out a gun and attempted to rob the men. One of the men tried to take the gun from Reynolds, but the gun went off and she was shot.
Reynolds was taken to the Houston Medical Center where she died from her injuries.
Cody was arrested and charged with felony murder, party to a crime of aggravated assault, party to a crime of criminal attempt to commit armed robbery.
The man who actually pulled the trigger has not been charged and this case, according to police, is still under investigation.
