Singer Jeremih is hospitalized and fighting for his life. TMZ revealed on Sunday that the 33-year-old "Birthday Sex" singer was "hospitalized in the ICU and the prognosis is bleak". The singer's family confirmed that he was battling COVID-19 and had been placed on a ventilator to help him breathe.
Since the story broke there have been several different updates swirling around that said Jeremih had been taken off of the ventilator and was doing better, some said he was doing worse. Well, finally, we've got the real word.
Just today the singer's agent shared that Jeremih — whose real name is Jeremy Felton — was taken off the ventilator, but his condition is still considered to be critical."J was just pulled off the ventilator," his agent said in a statement to Variety. "He’s still in ICU in critical condition. Please keep him in your prayers."
Jeremih was most recently featured on songs with Wale entitled "On Chill" and Ne-Yo's "U 2 Luv".
