Married Alaskan Man Kidnaps a Hitchhiker, Chokes Her Out then Sexually Assaults Her and Gets NO Jail
The face on the left is the face of a psychopath! In 2017 34-year-old Justin Schneider, a married father of two, kidnapped a hitchhiker, choked her until she passed out and then masturbated on her unconscious body.
In a precedent only held by white men, Schneider was arrested but allowed to post bail and spend an entire year at home with his family while he awaited his trial. Schneider's only mode of monitoring was an ankle bracelet used for his lush "house arrest".
During that year of "house arrest" Schneider was able to enjoy his comfortable surroundings, the company of his wife and the love of his children.
His victim, well, she did have a moment of peace, probably looking over her shoulder every time she went outside. She probably has nightmares, has trouble trusting men and feels guilty for putting herself in the position to be kidnapped in the first place.
Victims don't get a nice happy waiting period before "justice" is served. IF justice is ever served. In this case, it was anything but.
According to Daily Mail, this is the victim's account of the incident:
"On the day of the attack, the victim was trying to find a ride at a gas station when Schneider approached her in a white SUV.
He told her his name was 'Dan' and agreed to drive her to the town of Muldoon. They had never met before, she told police.
She got into the car and they drove off but stopped at a construction site nearby instead of the town where he had promised to take her."
"He asked her to get out of the car then, 'full on tackled' her, according to charging documents.
As he choked her, Schneider told the victim that he was going to kill her. She lost consciousness thinking that she was about to die, the documents say.
When she woke up, he was zipping up his pants. He had masturbated on her and offered her a tissue to clean it up with.
'The man told her that he wasn't really going to kill her, that he needed her to believe she was going to die so that he could be sexually fulfilled,' his arrest affidavit states.
She saved the tissue and gave it to police afterwards. She also told them his license plate number. He went straight from the scene to Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport where he worked as an air traffic controller."
Schneider was arrested buy his wife, a teacher, posted his $30,000 bond and he was free to roam again.
He originally faced 99 years in prison but the court dropped his kidnapping and harassment charges. That leaves the sexual assault right? WRONG! In the state of Alaska, masturbating ON someone does not qualify as sexual assault. WTF Alaska?!?!
In a nutshell, Schneider was sentenced to TWO years in prison with one year deemed as time served, because of his cushy house arrest, and the other year suspended!
"In court, prosecutor Andrew Grannik said: 'I would like the gentleman to be on notice that that is his one pass -- it's not really a pass -- but given the conduct, one might consider that it is.' "
"Judge Michael Corey accepted the deal despite acknowledging that it was a 'breathtaking result' and told the man never to attack anyone else again."
If this isn't some "Good Old Boy" type behavior I don't know what is! This is the EXACT type of behavior that leads to actual murder. . . and they're letting him walk! This is the SICKEST thing I've seen where the offender is caught red-handed and free to go! I pray to God this man doesn't hurt anyone else!
