The Carter's Host a Push Party!

Well, it looks like I may have been right when I said Beyonce probably had 30 days left in this pregnancy! Just yesterday, the Carter's celebrated the upcoming birth of their twins with a family friendly, culturally rich, baby shower/ "Push Party". Of course the party had plenty of famous faces with all of the couple's close friends including former Destiny's Child members Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams but also in attendance were (newly separated) LaLa Anthony and (fellow baby baker) Serena Williams.

This party looked like the sort of celebrations our ancestors might have had when a new member of a royal family was on the way. The vintage style photos, the fabrics and even the belly henna tattooing were so authentic, you just know she's going to try a have a natural birth with plenty of lit candles and incense burning. In a perfect world Erykah Badu would be her doula and help deliver these babies in a purified water birth but. . . I'm just daydreaming and none of these plans can be confirmed. . . yet!

Always one for showing snippets into their private life, Beyonce's mother, Tina Lawson, posted the following clip on her Instagram. Get into that music and all of those colors! I love how everyone is dressed to fit the theme!

Now, according to Beyonce's father, Matthew Knowles, the pregnancy is nearing the end. He's on record as saying she was "more than two weeks away". . . Still within my 30 days! Check out this picture comparison and post your due date guesstimates!
