Keke Palmer and KeyTV Launch New Music and Documentary Film "Big Boss".

If it's one thing we know for sure, it's that Lauren Keyana "Keke" Palmer will keep a job! Keke "Big Boss" Palmer launched KeyTV, her own content channel, last year, gave birth to a beautiful baby boy and now, she's debuting a musical body of work.

Palmer said her documentary is her directorial debut in a July 2022 interview with British Vogue. She added that the accompanying album is “a collection of different vibes” representing her growth and current place in life.

“You feel shamed by being a boss – especially as a female,” Palmer said. “It’s like, only a man is allowed to have the kind of attributes that I have.”

"Big Boss" is the remarkable true story of Keke Palmer, a young woman from Chicago who faces immense challenges in the male-dominated music industry. Written and directed by Keke herself, the film showcases her perseverance, self-love, unyielding faith, and indomitable spirit. Throughout her journey, Keke discovers that the greatest obstacle she must overcome is learning to trust her instincts.
