68-Year-Old Houston Man WANTED on Two Counts of Indecency with a Child.
Houston police and Crime Stoppers have released a photo of a man they say is wanted for two counts of indecency with a child.

"Juan Ramirez, 68, is accused of performing “indecent sexual acts with a child victim” in the 700 block of Bolling Lane back in January 2018. That’s on Houston’s north side.
Police described Ramirez as a Hispanic male, about five feet five inches tall, weighing 145 pounds with brown eyes and black hair."
The full details of Ramirez's offense are not public knowledge at this time but, the state of Texas has two levels of indecency with a child by contact and indecency with a child by exposure. Both are felonies and are usually charged when the victim is under the age of 17 and not the spouse of the accused.
The charges for this specific offense, by Texas law, could carry a fine up to $10,000 and between two and 20 years in prison.
