In the wee hours of the morning a very pricey, very damaged McLauren sports car was found on Ventura Blvd in California. Neighbors and other witnesses called the authorities after the female driver and male passenger took off leaving the vehicle and a huge mess behind them. It was only when the tow trucks and police officers arrived that they realized the car was registered to Thomas Jenkins, aka Terrence J., a celebrity who once worked on BET's "106 & Park" television show.
Via The Blast:
"The driver and passenger allegedly ran from the car, and according to witnesses, cops were looking for a black male wearing a red sweater and a female wearing a blue jumpsuit.
There are reports the woman, who was driving, is Terrence’s girlfriend, model Jasmine Sanders, but that has not been confirmed.
It’s unclear what kind of injuries were sustained, but if the damage on the car is any indication, they’re lucky to be alive.
Back in March, Jenkins actually posted a video of himself driving a car that looked pretty identical to the one driven into the tree."
Looks like the same car to us! Hopefully the two folks in the car sought medical attention because there's no way you walk away from something like this without feeling at least some type of pain. At best, there's going to be a hefty fine to pay for damaging the tree and the whole water debacle but we doubt it's going to cost more than that car did!
Look at this damage!
We reached out to Terrence J.'s reps but no one has answered our inquiry.
