Rihanna Loses Her Cousin to Gun Violence and Makes a Plea for it to End. [PHOTOS]

We all know someone who has passed away due to gun violence and it seems celebrities are no different. Last night, Rihanna made an emotional post about the recent death of her cousin 21 year-old Tavon Kaiseen Alleyne. Reports say that he "was walking through a track in the St Michael's area of the holiday island at around 7pm on Tuesday night when he was approached by a man and shot several times."

Rihanna added photos of herself with he cousin with the caption "RIP cousin... can't believe it was just last night that I held you in my arms! never thought that would be the last time I felt the warmth in your body!!! Love you always man! 😢🙏🏿❤ #endgunviolence"

Alleyne was taken to an area hospital where he passed away due to his injuries. At this time there is no word on a possible suspect. Alleyne, @merka_95 on Instagram, was a father of two young children and will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
