Serena Williams has ben having one heck of a good year! It was just three short months ago that she and her fiancé, Alexis Ohanian, threw a 50's themed baby shower and two months ago that they welcomed a beautiful baby girl! I could have sworn she said she was done throwing themed parties but, I guess a wedding isn't technically a party. The newly christened Ohanians produced a "Be Our Guest" themed soiree that was definitely something from a fairytale.
The intimate ceremony and reception was set in the most beautiful location in New Orleans witnesses by guests such as Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, LaLa Anthony, Kim Kardashian-West, Ciara and so many more! Serena donned three different dresses for the wedding and reception and each was absolutely stunning. The third dress, a short, strapless Versace party dress, that she paired with a pair of sequined tennis shoes, reportedly took a whopping 1,500 hours to make!
The reception was nothing short of breathtaking and I believe it will inspire many other receptions in the coming year. The one thing that I didn't expect from this couple was the reception entertainment. The couple actually had BBD aka BellBivDeVoe perform for their guests! GOALS!
