James "Tim" Norman of Sweetie Pies Accused of "Murder for Hire" Death of His OWN

Family drama doesn't get any worse than this. If you've ever watched "Welcome to Sweetie Pie's" on OWN then you're familiar with Miss Robbie, Tim, Charles and the whole crew. If you haven't seen the show, we'll break it down for you right quick.

Miss Robbie Montgomery was a former Ikette, a background singer for Ike and Tina Turner, who has one of the biggest soul food restaurants in St. Louis. Montgomery had two sons, Andre Montgomery Sr and James Timothy Norman (pictured center). Andre Sr. died in 1995 leaving behind a son Andre Jr.(far right) who came to St. Louis to help out at the family business run by Miss Robbie and "Tim".

Miss Robbie was always apprehensive of Andre Jr. being in St. Louis but she wanted him to stay out of trouble where he previously lived. All of her grandmotherly prayers couldn't save the young man who was shot and killed in 2016. Miss Robbie was devastated and rightfully so because she lost the only child of her deceased older son. Although she tried to put it behind her, she always felt as if this was a "set up" and that Andre Jr. was killed by someone he knew.

She had no idea how right she was.

New court documents show that Andre Montgomery Jr. was indeed set up but not by a complete stranger. Reports, and suspects in custody, are pointing the finger at Andre's uncle, Miss Robbie's surviving son, Tim!

According to TMZ James "Tim" Norman "took out a $450k life insurance policy on his nephew back in 2014 ... and then worked with a woman named Terica Ellis to allegedly pull off the murder. The feds claim they communicated on burner phones in the days leading up to the killing in St. Louis.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, prosecutors claim Ellis got Andre's location the day of the murder ... then placed a call to Norman. Shortly after that, on March 14, 2016 ... Montgomery was shot at killed, and the feds claim they ping'd Ellis' phone near the scene of the crime.

Immediately after Montgomery's murder ... Ellis allegedly called Norman, left town and deposited $9k in cash into various bank accounts. Prosecutors say Norman then contacted the life insurance company in an attempt to collect on the policy.

Ellis is facing the same murder-for-hire conspiracy charge as Norman."

For years Tim's ex-girlfriends, Janae, who is the mother of his son Timmy, and Basketball Wives star Jennifer Williams, have spoken about Tim's violent and domineering behavior. There have been countless protection orders filed by the women, and Tim, against each other with claims from everything including assault, car theft and vandalism.

We don't even know how to feel about these new accusations that he had a hand in killing his nephew. His own flesh and blood. We're praying that this is just some sort of misunderstanding but all of this evidence is. . .pointing right at him.

In all of this we just ask that you pray for Miss Robbie. This has to be the hardest thing she's ever had to endure in her life.
