DMX Hospitalized and in "Grave Condition" After an Apparent Overdose.

New York based rapper DMX is in "grave condition" this morning after suffering an apparent overdose last night.

Sources say DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, overdosed last night around 11pm. The overdose triggered a heart attack which has made his condition even worse.

DMX was rushed to a hospital in White Plains, New York and is in the critical care unit. We're told he has "some brain activity." Another source says he's in a "vegetative state" and doctors have cautioned he may not make it.
