Houston Couple Arrested and Charged After Allegedly Abducting Teen and Assaulting Her for a Month!

A Houston =, Texas woman got a frantic knock at her door Sunday night and what she found on the other side was shocking.

The woman, who doesn't want to be identified, says that a barefoot and shaken young woman was banging on doors in her home's neighborhood begging for help. The 18-year-old woman had just escaped a house of horrors just doors away. When the concerned neighbor called emergency responders, even more details emerged. The victim had marks on her body that looked as if she'd been restrained for a lengthy period of time.

The victim says that she was being held captive in a home by a man and a woman. She says that while she was there, chained to a bed, she was repeatedly raped for approximately an entire month. She said she managed to escape while the couple left the house by pulling on her restraints. Once she was out of the house she began running and knocking on doors in the subdivision for help. The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment.

According to KHOU, Deputy constables investigated and that led to the arrest of 30-year-old Jose Reyes and 29-year-old Jaqueline Macias. They are charged with kidnapping, according to Precinct 4. In court on Monday, a judge set Reyes' bond at $100,000 and Macias' bond at $50,000.

In a news conference Monday, Constable Mark Herman said the girl met Reyes somewhere and he convinced her to come back to the house with him.

"It seems like the male suspect was able to gain her confidence, met her somewhere and got her to go back willingly," Herman said.

The victim, who is also from the Houston area, says that when she got there, Macias was also at the house and what started off as a trusted encounter, turned into a nightmare.

In a court appearance yesterday, attorneys divulged that Reyes and Macais had a baby about two weeks ago, during the time that the victim was being held captive in their home.

Additional charges could be applied pending the medical examination results from the victim.
