Actresses Kim Fields and Yvette Nicole Brown are Friendship Goals!
Recently actress Yvette Nicole Brown (The Mayor, Avengers: End Game) achieved a life long dream with a special opportunity from "The Real" daytime talk show. What was the opportunity? She got to meet Janet Jackson!
Brown has been a fan of Jackson's, like many of us, for ages but, even in stardom, never gotten the chance to actually meet her.
Ms. Jackson, if you're nasty, is currently doing a residency in Las Vegas and absolutely killing the stage! It was there that Brown got to meet her, have a complete fan girl moment and make lasting memories with someone she's always held in high regards.
Take a look.
While still on a high from meeting Janet Jackson, Brown went to visit her good friend Kim Fields at a taping of the "The Very Best of the 70's". To say that the chemistry and camaraderie between these two is a breath of fresh air is a complete understatement!
The video starts with the pair fumbling with filters and giggling like the best friends we all wish we had. Fields, who still has a baby face and looks like she's making 50 the new 20, gets roasted by Brown, 47, for a fingernail blunder that she had on her way to her son's movie premiere party.
Yes, Kim Fields has a little boy, Quincy, who is the spitting image of his mother. He's also a budding actor making his debut in an upcoming Lifetime movie called "Pride and Prejudice Atlanta" that premieres June 1st.
We've all had to get ready in a rush but that thumbnail on the middle finger is still hilarious! Want to read Kim's book? You can check it out here. If you're a coffee drinker, get into these signature blends.
Fields is gearing up to drop another book this year and you can always catch behind the camera directing.
Brown has three projects that are currently in post-production. "Always a Bridesmaid", "Blind Psychosis" and "Lady and the Tramp" which co-stars Tessa Thompson and Janelle Monae.
After watching these two, we feel like we should do ourselves a favor by grabbing a good friend and enjoying a good laugh-til-we-cry session! Who's with us?
