Dr. Dre Hospitalized in California After Suffering a Brain Aneurysm. Says He's "Doing Great".

Legendary Record Producer and Entrepreneur Dr. Dre has been hospitalized after suffering a brain aneurysm. Sources say Dr. Dre, born Andre Young, 55 was transported to the famed Cedar Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, CA late Monday night and is still in their care.

According to TMZ, Dre is " stable and lucid, but doctors don't know what caused the bleeding and they are doing a battery of tests."

If you've been paying attention to Dr. Dre lately then you'll know that he's in the middle of a messy divorce from his estranged wife, Nicole Young, who he married in 1996. It's a battle of the Benjamin bands as Young is asking courts for $2 million in temporary spousal support until the divorce can be finalized.

Dre, the father of six children, posted to social media to give his fans and well wishers an update on his condition saying he was "doing great" and expecting to go home soon.

When word that Dre had been hospitalized hit the news, would-be-robbers, attempted to burglarize his California estate. The culprits were seen on security camera and chased off of the property but later caught and arrested.
