Man Rapes Woman After Giving Her the Options to be Killed, Raped or Have Sex with Her Son!
The city of Queens, New York was the setting for a horrific crime Monday. Pix11 reports that 33-year-old Joshua Henderson dressed as a construction worker to gain access to an apartment building. Once he was inside he entered the residence of an unidentified woman who lived with her adult son.
Henderson allegedly tied the mother and son up then ransacked their apartment pocketing jewelry and cash. After taking all of their small valuables and money, Henderson reportedly then told the woman that she could either be killed, be raped or have sex with her adult son!
Henderson allegedly forced himself on the woman and raped her.
Unfortunately Henderson is no stranger to the wrong side of the law!
"Henderson pled guilty to a pattern of burglaries and was sentenced to 12 years in prison in 2009. He was paroled in 2018 after serving nine years and will be on parole until 2023.
“We don’t want career criminals that have a propensity for violence that over and over have been given chances and hurt New Yorkers being released before detectives have done the paperwork,” said NYPD Chief of Detectives Dermot Shea previously told PIX11. “Let’s have those hard conversations.”
The accused's wife, Joanna Henderson, is stating that her husband will be deemed innocent once the DNA evidence clears his name.
He's currently being held without bail.
