Baltimore Police Officer Found Passed Out Behind the Wheel of His Service Vehicle!

A Baltimore Police Officer has found himself on the other side of the law tonight after being found passed out behind the wheel of his patrol car. The incident happened yesterday afternoon when the, as yet, unidentified police officer was found near the intersection of Washington Blvd and MLK.

He was presumed to be intoxicated and, from a bird's eye view of the surroundings, there was a "tavern" in close proximity to where he was found.
