"Roseanne" Gets Cancelled Over a Racist Tweet and We Had to Talk About It! [LISTEN]

Roseanne Barr has come under fire for a seemingly racist tweet that she penned while allegedly high on the sleep aid Ambien. I'm sure by now you've heard what she said so I'll just post the photo below.

After the tweet was sent out, Wanda Sykes, who was a writer for the show, sent out a tweet of her own stating that she would not be returning. Before the dust could even settle on Sara Gilbert's, who plays Darlene on the show, tweet the show had been snatched!

Michael Fishman, who plays Roseanne's son "DJ, sent out a statement that was both heartfelt and triumphant.

Although folks came to Roseanne's defense, the show ultimately could not be spared from the chopping block due to her words.
