WTFudge?!? R. Kelly Might Be At It Again!
Somebody call Chris Hansen right quick because this dude needs to be locked up! R. Kelly ALLEGEDLY has some type of sex-slave cult and is holding young women (all legal adults) against their will? Look, when I read the story I thought to myself, "Are people really this dumb?" and guess what? They are!
According to Buzzfeed, the parents of a 19 year old woman are on a desperate hunt to find their daughter who has been "with" R. Kelly since December of last year. The young woman's mother went on record as saying that:
"Robert “R.” Kelly, who turned 50 in January, met her daughter backstage at a concert in Atlanta earlier that month. Soon enough, he’d invited her to fly out to the Indio concert on his dime. J. said she’d heard about past sexual misconduct accusations against Kelly, but wasn’t overly worried. She is a fiercely devoted stage mom — she and her husband of 22 years, Tim, a car dealer, had moved from Memphis to Atlanta to help their eldest child’s career — and was confident she could protect her daughter.
“In the back of our minds, we were thinking [my daughter] could be around him if I was with her,” J. said. “It didn’t really hit home. Even with the Aaliyah situation, now that I think about it, ‘Age Ain’t Nothing But a Number’ ... but you don’t think about that. You grew up with the song, and you like the song.”
Girl what? Who in their right mind is letting this man who ALLEGEDLY, but seriously, has a passion for young girls, around their daughters? This can't be real life! You can read the full story HERE.
I'm going to save all of my HORRIBLE thoughts on this situation and give you the opinions of the people!
I'm personally over this whole situation. Even though the women ARE ALLEGEDLY above the age of consent, why would you need to create a harem of women? Does he have an addiction? Was he NOT listening when Jay-Z said "Never go Eric Benet"? Is he wrong or are we all just over reacting? Let's talk about this in the comments below.
