New charges have been added to James "Tim" Norman's already disturbing list in the murder for hire of his ONLY nephew Andre Montgomery Jr. We previously reported that Norman had taken out a $450,000 life insurance policy on his young nephew in 2014 then hired someone to murder him in 2016.
