Texas Officer Shooting at a Loose Dog Kills a Woman Instead!
We have no idea what's going on in Texas but this case right here is crazy! Emergency calls received shortly after 5pm tonight by the Arlington, Texas police department reported a woman passed out between Cantor Drive and North Collins Street.
